Ron’s varied resume’ reflects his wide range of musical abilities. Equally accomplished in many musical styles, Ron has graced the stage with artists such as Mitch Ryder, Mick Jones, Badfinger, Dee Dee Ramone, Gary US Bonds, Gloria Gaynor, Roberta Flack, Reeves Gabrels, the Vanilla Fudge, Dion, The Miracles, the Stylistics, the Shirelles, Mark Lindsay, Tommy Roe, Maxine Nightingale, Billy J. Kramer, Leslie Gore and jazz artists Dave Valentin, Bill Charlap, Lew Soloff, Darmon Meader, Rhonda Ross and the Guy Lombardo Band to name but a few. Ron is currently working as Musical Director for Lou Christie. Some of his other credits include performances with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic, the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra, the K-Rock WXRK Christmas Show and several Off-Broadway productions.

Ron has a Bachelors Degree in Percussion Performance and a Master of Music degree. He is versed in many facets of percussion including timpani, mallets, hand drums, electronic drums and percussion, various “toys” and sound effects and world music styles. He has performed with symphony orchestras, for musical theater, with commercial music bands and recording sessions.
